The dining area sits in front of large French doors and boasts a splendid spot to sit down with family over a game of cards, or catch up over a delicious meal. The cosy lounge with plush comfy seating and large Smart TV is a great place for a family movie or good book. The utility room has a handy outside access with sink and plenty of space for muddy boots. Moving back through to the hallway and also off of this area is another lounge with seating and TV as well as a spacious shower room with WC.
