Reflections is a stunning large, luxury detached, seafront property in the fabulous Hannafore area of Looe. The property is located 20 yards from Hannafore Beach in the fishing port of Looe and directly overlooks Looe Island, a nature reserve owned by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust. This luxurious house underwent full refurbishment including decoration and many new fixtures and fittings in May 2012. It is offered with superior furniture and furnishings which provides a fabulous degree of comfort. Reflections offers versatile and spacious accommodation, comprising of a large sunny kitchen with a utility and separate cloaks, a spacious and sociable lounge/diner, a games room with additional comfy seating, flatscreen tv and dvd, table football and a downstairs shower room and wc. Upstairs there is a large family bedroom with a king size and a single bed with spectacular views of the island, another king size bedroom with en suite shower room and again fabulous views, a twin bedded room. Family bathroom - with separate shower cubicle. The Loft Room also known as the Lighthouse Room, offers an additional twin bedroom with separate cloaks again with uninterrupted views of St. George's Island and far out to sea. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen tv/dvds. Outside there is a large private Mediterranean style courtyard with patio furniture. A perfect area for barbecues and sunbathing. To the front of the property there is a large raised sun terrace and decked area with seating to take in the ambiance of this magnificent location. The views are incredible. The Hannafore Point Hotel is located within a 5 minute walk and is open to non residents to use the facilities, pool, gym, sauna etc. There are tennis courts next door but one to this property which are available for public use. The property is also located at the start of a beautiful coastal footpath, with glorious walks to Talland Bay and Polperro and onwards to Fowey.

Anneth Lowen is a luxury (built 2007) 3 bed detached cabin style lodge ideally located on a level plot at Killigarth Manor Holiday Park on the fringes of Polperro. The lodge is laid out all one level with a ramp leading to the front door to make wheelchair access easier if required. The lodge lies in a good location on the site with similar style properties scattered nicely around, giving each lodge individuality and space. The lodge is laid out: On entrance, hallway leads to lovely spacious open plan living by way of good sized lounge (with good quality comfortable leather seating, with reclining chair, leading to ample dining area, to nice sized kitchen with all usual extras. The living area has plenty of large windows letting in much light and french doors leading out onto an extremely sunny large decked area with garden furniture to soak up the sun. There is a king size bedroom with en suite shower room, flat screen tv/dvd, 2 x twin bedrooms - 1 with flat screen tv and another twin bedroom with flat screen tv/dvd. Separate family bathroom. Parking for 1 car directly outside with extra provision for more vehicles should they be required very close by. Absolutely stunning and completely renovated (2010) mid terraced 3 storey 2 bedroom ex fisherman's cottage in Cornwall, set right in the heart of East Looe just off the seafront and yards from the harbour. This 1600's cottage has been so sympathetically refurbished with an extremely clever use of space saving fixtures and furnishings to provide very comfortable surroundings, a feeling of no expense spared throughout, yet retaining the wealth and character of a cottage of this era . In our opinion, the ultimate holiday home for any small family wanting a beach side holiday. The cottage is laid out: downstairs open plan lounge with foldaway dining table, breakfast bar with 2 breakfast stools, very small kitchen area. 1st floor: spacious double bedroom with large flat screen t.v/dvd and shower room on the same floor. 2nd floor spacious bunk bedroom with lower double bed on the bunks, washer/drier in this room. Pre-paid parking permit for 1 car at the Mill Pool Car Park approx. 10 mins walk from the cottage. You can park close by to the cottage to load and unload. This is a superior detached Victorian residence just a couple minutes walk up Barbican Hill from the main town centre. From the house you can walk to the main long sandy beach within 5 minutes. The house is a family size spacious property built into the cliff face (as its name suggests) with beautiful period features including many Victorian fireplaces, huge bay windows and lovingly restored architecture throughout. Nicely detached yet set along a popular residential area of differing types of property, Eastcliffe stands out as a prominent and well maintained property affording glorious views from many main rooms down over roof tops with clear sight of the fabulous bustling harbour - where you can take in the fishing and pleasure boats moving up and down the length ebbing and flowing with the tide. You can also see clearly across to West Looe taking in the Fire station, church and other main focal points. The views are timeless and whatever the weather a pleasure to watch. A high degree of thought has gone into the internal furnishings and level of comfort for its guests with a feeling of "no expense spared" and lots of "wow" factors, as the interior oozes luxurious fabrics, good quality furniture and furnishings, whilst giving a wonderful "home from home" feel throughout. Fresh and beautiful individual colour schemes are apparent throughout each room, but each tasteful and considerate to people wanting a contemporary theme yet, ensuring the style of house is enhanced by each touch. Once inside the entrance porch there is a large original tiled floor leading to a useful cloakroom style area. Downstairs: spacious comfortable lounge with Victorian feature fireplace, 2 x large 4 seater leather sofas and stunning harbour views from large bay windows, letting in much sunlight. Separate spacious dining room with farmhouse style pine table and ample seating for 7 guests again beautiful harbour views through hughe bay windows. Modern kitchen with all usual extras, useful downstairs day room with flat screen tv/dvd with books, board games, play station etc - for the teenagers - this may be a very convenient retreat! Lovely staircase leading halfway up to useful additional w.c. Top landing is spacious leading to: 2 x front king size bedrooms (1 with flat screen tv/dvd and vanity wash hand basin, the other with flat screen t.v), both with large bay windows letting in much sunshine and allowing for the fantastic quay views. 2 steps down to rear twin bedroom with Victorian fireplace. 3 steps down to family bathroom with bath, power shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Useful front single bedroom for 7th guest with more stunning views of the river below. Outside to the rear is ideal and useful for the storage of water sports equipment, bicycles etc, whilst the sun terrace at the front is ideal for sitting out and sipping a glass of wine whilst taking in the wonderful harbour side views. Seaton Beach House stands in an executive and prominent position overlooking a long sandy beach known as "Seaton Beach". It is one of our beautiful and exclusive luxury holiday homes and comprises of a spacious 3 storey reverse level detached residence a stone's throw from the beach and its wonderful beach side cafe. The property is presented in a contemporary style theme, offering a good and comfortable standard of accommodation, and benefits from Downstairs (on entry) Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, shower room off of the utility with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c., door to double garage, bedroom with bunk beds, and a twin bedroom. The middle floor offers a rear twin bedroom, double front bedroom en suite with balcony overlooking the beach, another double bedroom en suite again overlooking the beach and family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
