St. Michaels is an executive, imposing semi detached 3 storey home - sitting elevated on Hannafore Lane on the quieter west side of Looe. The property boasts panoramic beach, sea and coastline views. In my opinion provides excellent spacious accommodation, offered in superb decorative order, boasting comfortable, modern and contemporary style furnishings. Accessed through an electronic key pad gate system, you walk via a sloped pathway to 34 steps which lead you to your front door. A spacious downstairs hallway leads you into a large open plan lounge/diner and modern fully fitted kitchen, as well as useful downstairs cloaks. A dog-leg stair case leads you to the first floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms, bunk bedroom and family bathroom. The next flight of stairs leads you to a most luxurious king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin and w.c. There is also a dressing area off of this bedroom. Outside there is a large decked verandah with glass ballustrade and additional side patio area - again affording outstanding views down over the whole of Looe. A 3 minute walk away will take you to the car port style garage. This property commands some of the most superior views in the town and provides guests with a very high standard of accommodation. The convenience of being a few minutes walk from the heart of West Looe make this an enviable holiday home from families looking for an ideal getaway, quietly yet conveniently located to the town. SLEEPS 8. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. In my opinion unsuitable for guests with mobility restriction due to the steps leading to the property.

This detached house is spacious, elevated and boasts downstairs: large lounge with flatscreen tv/dvd, separate snug lounge, large dining room, double bedroom ensuite, family bathroom, kitchen, and upstairs a further 2 double bedrooms all ensuite, plus a twin bedded room ensuite. Pixie's Holt is in an enviably elevated position, in a popular area called Shutta. All the rooms are light and airy and many afford wonderful views down over to the estuary. There is a large decking area to the front of the property where the river views can be admired and there is parking for 2 cars to the front of the property. Tastefully presented and quietly located, this property is a must to be considered as it lies about a 10 minute walk from East Looe where many pubs, shops, restaurants and amenities are on offer, not to mention East Looe's sandy beach and fishing harbour. Sleeps 8. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. This property in my opinion is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions as there are a number of steps leading up to the property, phone the office for more details.

Compass cottage is an attractive Grade 2 listed traditional early 19th century ex Fiserman's cottage in the historic conservation area of West Looe, with designated parking and just a few minutes' walk from the oldest pub in Cornwall, two convenience stores and the Quay. It has been beautifully and sympathetically restored to a very high standard (May 2013) to provide a modern environment whilst retaining its original charm including beamed ceilings to the lounge and separate dining room. Located in the sought after and quieter area of West Looe, it is at teh same time very convenient for all the pubs, shops beach and amenities. Compass Cottage is a well-designed "home from home" boasting central heating, relaxing and comfortable lounge with new leather suite (May 2013), modern electric coal effect fire, separate dining room, galley style kitchen, double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bunk bedroom and modern upstairs family bathroom with mixer shower over the bath, all newly installed May 2013. Outside there is a patio accessed via communal steps affording views down over to East Looe with distant sea views. There is parking for one car by way of a pre-paid permit to a car park less than a minute walk away. West Looe Quay is approximately 5 minutes walk, where you can try crabbing or watch the fishermen sort their catch. A boat taxi (tide permitting) can take you across to East Looe Quay, where you can book a coastal cruise, lie on the long sandy beach, take a glass bottom boat trip, fishing trip or for those feeling more adventurous, there's always a speed boat ride! Alternatively, you can walk the level harbourside 5 minute walk round to the east side. Compass Cottage sleeps 4. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER. Fantastic imposing detached Victorian house overlooking the harbour, a 2 minute walk from the town centre. Sleeps 6/7. Wi-fi.

This is a superior detached Victorian residence just a couple minutes walk up Barbican Hill from the main town centre. From the house you can walk to the main long sandy beach within 5 minutes. The house is a family size spacious property built into the cliff face (as its name suggests) with beautiful period features including many Victorian fireplaces, huge bay windows and lovingly restored architecture throughout. Nicely detached yet set along a popular residential area of differing types of property, Eastcliffe stands out as a prominent and well maintained property affording glorious views from many main rooms down over roof tops with clear sight of the fabulous bustling harbour - where you can take in the fishing and pleasure boats moving up and down the length ebbing and flowing with the tide. You can also see clearly across to West Looe taking in the Fire station, church and other main focal points. The views are timeless and whatever the weather a pleasure to watch. A high degree of thought has gone into the internal furnishings and level of comfort for its guests with a feeling of "no expense spared" and lots of "wow" factors, as the interior oozes luxurious fabrics, good quality furniture and furnishings, whilst giving a wonderful "home from home" feel throughout. Fresh and beautiful individual colour schemes are apparent throughout each room, but each tasteful and considerate to people wanting a contemporary theme yet, ensuring the style of house is enhanced by each touch. Once inside the entrance porch there is a large original tiled floor leading to a useful cloakroom style area. Downstairs: spacious comfortable lounge with Victorian feature fireplace, 2 x large 4 seater leather sofas and stunning harbour views from large bay windows, letting in much sunlight. Separate spacious dining room with farmhouse style pine table and ample seating for 7 guests again beautiful harbour views through hughe bay windows. Modern kitchen with all usual extras, useful downstairs day room with flat screen tv/dvd with books, board games, play station etc - for the teenagers - this may be a very convenient retreat! Lovely staircase leading halfway up to useful additional w.c. Top landing is spacious leading to: 2 x front king size bedrooms (1 with flat screen tv/dvd and vanity wash hand basin, the other with flat screen t.v), both with large bay windows letting in much sunshine and allowing for the fantastic quay views. 2 steps down to rear twin bedroom with Victorian fireplace. 3 steps down to family bathroom with bath, power shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Useful front single bedroom for 7th guest with more stunning views of the river below. Outside to the rear is ideal and useful for the storage of water sports equipment, bicycles etc, whilst the sun terrace at the front is ideal for sitting out and sipping a glass of wine whilst taking in the wonderful harbour side views. The lodge is laid out all one level with a ramp leading to the front door to make wheelchair access easier if required. The lodge lies in a good location on the site with similar style properties scattered nicely around, giving each lodge individuality and space. The lodge is laid out: On entrance, hallway leads to lovely spacious open plan living by way of good sized lounge (with good quality comfortable leather seating, with reclining chair, leading to ample dining area, to nice sized kitchen with all usual extras. The living area has plenty of large windows letting in much light and french doors leading out onto an extremely sunny large decked area with garden furniture to soak up the sun.
