Walkers will love the fact that you can step out of the property and join the South West Coast Path, and there is no need to cook whilst you are on holiday as there is a good range of independent cafes and restaurants just a stroll away. Fresh fish can be bought from the harbour if you do fancy making use of the wonderful kitchen. Looe has its own branch train line and it is possible to leave your car at home if you wish.

GARDEN & PARKING: Glass framed balcony with bistro set and panoramic views. There is one private parking space with the property for a medium sized car only. Please note: Access road also only suitable for medium sized car. Plenty of public parking available in the Millpool Car Park 15 mins walk away. Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in price, Underfloor heating throughout. Heated towel rails in both bathrooms.
