A lovely seaside villa perfect for exploring the south east coast of Cornwall. Villa 49, located at the Black Rock Beach Resort in Millendreath, has fabulous views from the large verandah - a great place for dining and watching the sun disappear on the horizon. With two comfortable bedrooms, an open-plan living space leading out to the verandah and free parking and wifi, this stylish villa is an ideal holiday home.
GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven, electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dining table and chairs, sofa and 2 armchairs, 42" Plasma TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), built in wardrobes, 2 x chests of drawers, TV.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, chest of drawers.
Shower Room: Electric shower, basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Sufficient on-site parking with free permit provided. Enclosed verandah with garden furniture and great views of the beach. Storage box with access to various beach equipment.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, card can be topped up on site.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided. Please bring your own towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
Onsite Facilities/Services: Small shop, bar, beach cafe and restaurant 500 yds. Seasonal opening.
NOTES: Not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 28 steps leading to the villa. No smoking, no pets. WiFi provided. Important information about internet usage. Mobile phone reception varies. Information about mobile phone coverage.
