GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars at the side of the cottage. Large patio to the front with garden furniture. Just beyond the parking area is the raised barbecue area.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heating throughout, woodburner in lounge, heated towel rail in bathroom
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)
Baby Equipment: Not provided.

NOTES: No smoking, no pets. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. Please note as with most cottages, there is restricted headroom due to exposed beams or sloping eaves.
