Whitsand is a beautifully presented first floor, one bedroom apartment, with open plan living space comprising a kitchen, seating and dining area from which you can take in the stunning views of the Looe Bay. The balcony, with furniture, is accessed from both the living area and the bedroom. The perfect location and stunning views make this the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee, and evening al fresco dining.
Kitchen/Lounge/Dining room: open-plan with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, four seater leather settee, TV, DVD player, CD/radio/iPod dock and dining table and four chairs.
Bathroom: shower over the bath, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom: Super kingsize bed (6' - may be unlinked to form 3' twin beds) which can be separated into twin beds and a wall mounted TV.
GARDEN AND PARKING: Allocated parking space to the front. Small communal lawn to front.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 for 1 pet per week, additional £10 for a second pet, totalling £35 per week (Please call if bringing more than 1 pet).
Power and heating: Gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h throughout.
Bedding and linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels); Please order unlinked beds in advance.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided; please order in advance.

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. Adult supervision on the balcony at all times. Please note there is a sloping path and sets of steps leading up to a short wooden walkway to access the first floor. 50 steps in total so not suitable for those with mobility restrictions.

If we could capture those moments of breakfasting on the balcony in the morning sunshine, and steal them away we would in a heartbeat. The views and sounds are magnificent and well miss them, whilst the apartment was just perfect for our needs, Thank you! Our greatest triumph was the coastal walk from Looe to Polperro with a welcome stop for lunch at the Smugglers Cove, but we found the apartment great base from which we could travel easily to other parts of Cornwall. We've stayed in a few of these apartments but never in Whitsand….what a treat we love it, amazing views and fully equipped luxury apartment. What a fantastic apartment, extremely well equipped, light and airy with magnificent views! O have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The steps have justified the many delicious cream teas and ice creams we have had whilst here! Love the walk down into Looe and the many coastal walks. We have really enjoyed our week here, despite the near arctic temperatures on some days due to the unseasonable North wind, but the sun has shone and the views form this apartment are lovely. Whitsand is just perfect for a couple – very comfortable, clean, light and airy. We have rented many flats and cottages in Cornwall and this is one of the very best.
