This 3 bed split level apartment is accessed via the middle floor of an attractive 19th century building (formerly a hotel) with access to the beach via the garden and a 30' balcony overlooking the beach. Unquestionably the best location in Looe overlooking East Looe's long sandy beach and with all of Looe's amenities quite literally on your door step! You can get no closer to the beach than this! From the dedicated parking space by the main door a security pad gives you access to the communal staircase where a few flights of stairs lead to the apartment. The apartment offers fabulous spacious reverse split level accommodation. The door opens on to a hallway with a twin and a family room (with double and single bed) off it. Both rooms have panoramic beach and coastline views. Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and its own door onto the apartment's 30' balcony and panoramic sea and coastline views. The upstairs lounge which is open plan to the kitchen/diner, has comfortable sofas, digital tv and a door onto the same balcony as the master bedroom with its breathtaking views. Balcony furniture is provided so you can enjoy your meals or a relaxing coffee on the balcony. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and there is seating for 7 adults at the fixed dining table between the kitchen and lounge. There is a family bathroom and next to it a separate shower room. Outside you have access to the building's communal garden, which is part lawn, part paved. The garden gate opens onto a footpath which leads directly down to the beach. There is allocated parking for one vehicle by the main door, which is at the rear of the building. There is a carpeted staircase with around 40 shallow stairs in total, leading from the main door to the apartment door. In my opinion these stairs are not exhausting as they are split between 2 level landings between the sets of stairs. Seen from the garden, the apartment is on the ground and first floors, in the middle of the block. The apartment is light, modern, spacious with a contemporary feel throughout with truly spectacular views. Not suitable for people with mobility restriction due to the amount of stairs.
You are spoilt for choice for restaurants, cafes and pubs in Looe. The nearest is Mawgans on the corner (for more formal dining) and the Admiral Boscarn pub, with its beer garden overlooking the beach. Please note: there is restricted access to the beer garden for nightclub visitors on Friday and Saturday evenings and you may hear some noise drift up from the garden.

NOTES: No smoking, no pets. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. Please Note: Adult supervision on the balcony area at all times. Also part of the apartment's balcony and the family room overlook the Boscarn's garden, which can be busy during the day. The nearby pub has a night club licence on Friday and Saturday evenings; and although it is very effectively soundproofed, guests may hear a faint bass beat drift up from the garden.
