St. Michaels is an executive, imposing semi detached 3 storey home - sitting elevated on Hannafore Lane on the quieter west side of Looe. The property boasts panoramic beach, sea and coastline views. In my opinion provides excellent spacious accommodation, offered in superb decorative order, boasting comfortable, modern and contemporary style furnishings. Accessed through an electronic key pad gate system, you walk via a sloped pathway to 34 steps which lead you to your front door. A spacious downstairs hallway leads you into a large open plan lounge/diner and modern fully fitted kitchen, as well as useful downstairs cloaks. A dog-leg stair case leads you to the first floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms, bunk bedroom and family bathroom. The next flight of stairs leads you to a most luxurious king size bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, wash hand basin and w.c. There is also a dressing area off of this bedroom. Outside there is a large decked verandah with glass ballustrade and additional side patio area - again affording outstanding views down over the whole of Looe. A 3 minute walk away will take you to the car port style garage. This property commands some of the most superior views in the town and provides guests with a very high standard of accommodation. The convenience of being a few minutes walk from the heart of West Looe make this an enviable holiday home from families looking for an ideal getaway, quietly yet conveniently located to the town. In my opinion unsuitable for guests with mobility restriction due to the steps leading to the property. Children welcome but must be strictly supervised by adults on the decked and patio areas.
Conveniently located, this spacious, modern and superior house affords unbeatable beach, coastline and river views, arguably the best in Looe. This house is all about the views and location. The property is situated in Hannafore Lane, approximately 5 minutes walk from West Looe square. Here, there is a Spar convenience store, Londis Delicattessen, hair salon, art gallery, florist and two cafes and Jolly Sailor Pub. From west Looe's quay, a 5 minute further walk along the harbour side will see you on the east side where there are many pubs, shops and restaurants, as well as the town's main East Looe Beach. a 5 minute walk along Hannafore Lane in the other direction will take you to a lovely level promenade. Here, you will find a beautiful walk leading the entire length where there are many rock pool areas with pockets of sand to relax upon . There are also 2 cafes at Hannafore, a tennis court, pitch and put, lovely sea food bistro - The Sea Kitchen and the start of a fabulous coastal walk right along the fields along the path to Talland Bay, Polperro and further afield for the more adventurous. The city of Plymouth is around 35 minutes drive, city of Truro around 1 hour 15 mins drive, Eden Project around 45 minutes drive. Porfell Animal Park is around 20 minutes drive, Talland Bay 10 minutes drive, neighbouring smaller fishing village Polperro is around 5 minutes drive. Miles of coastline adorn Looe and provides you with a different daily coastal experience just minutes from the house. Seaton Beach is around 20 minutes drive - with its own beach side cafe, pub and wine bar, Downderry a further 3 minutes drive from Seaton, Portwrinkle a further 5 minutes along - miles and miles of wonderful Cornish bays, beaches and coves to visit for your perfect holiday.
