Access to the rear garden from the upstairs landing. Outside there is a small garage to the front of the property and a lovely tiered rear private garden with decked area affording more extensive sea and coastal views. To the front of Dawn End there is a paved patio area with garden furniture where you can sit out and take in the morning sun and watch the world go by.

Please note measurements of the garage are: 71.5" High and 84" wide for competent and confident drivers.. A Mondeo and Picasso have fitted in the garage previously. Vehicles must be parked in the garage at all times apart from loading/unloading. Advisable to leave the garage door open whilst parked in the garage to avoid someone parking in front of it! Additional free parking along Hannafore seafront around 3 minutes walk away. Not considered suitable for people with mobility restrictions as there are steps leading up to the property and there are tiered rear gardens.

A fabulous location with a view to die for. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated in keeping with the location. Every night we slept with the window open listening to the surf below, heaven. A Cream Tea and Milk upon our arrival, lovely touch. Pleasant and comfortable property with nice fresh decor in a seaside theme, appropriate to, it's great location with stunning views over Looe bay and the town and valley beyond - beware the climb back up if you walk, but it's worth it and helps work off all your holiday indulgences! Good base for those who like walking the coast path and such as it is a lovely stretch in both directions with variety of beaches and good woodland and valley walks plus all the convenience and liveliness of the town in the middle. Outside space at property not the best but at least there is some, which you don't get in the town, including space for your car (unless it's a tall one!)Miss Sophy Haynes - 30th September 2018
