Outside there is a communal garden and patio area (directly outside and opposite) with garden furniture. This is great for barbecues, not forgetting the heated swimming pool also just opposite. This accommodation is well heated and well presented with neutral, contemporary colours and furnishings throughout, bringing a warm welcoming flair to the whole property. The accommodation provides comfortable light and airy accommodation and is conveniently located 2.5 miles from the quaint fishing village of Polperro and main fishing town of Looe. Although there are a select few similar properties at Granite Henge, in my opinion this is one of the best located being right opposite the swimming pool. Hares Hollow forms an ideal base for any family wanting to be so close to the surrounding coastline and with quick and easy access to discover further afield. Maybe one to consider for people with mobility restrictions as the accommodation is laid out on one level and is located on a fairly level plot. Speak to the office for more details.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage heaters throughout additional convector heater if required; heated towel rail in shower room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

The property is in a very quiet location. It is well situated as a base to travel to small surrounding villages. Also for family days out further away within 1 1/2 hours drive to lands end.
