Description
Apartment 4 Pixies Holt is a cosy second floor property just off East Looe's historic shopping streets and a very short walk from the beach, pier and harbour. It is conveniently located with the added bonus of lovely views of the harbour and over to West Looe. A 5 minute drive, or a beautiful coastal walk away, will take you to the neighbouring fishing village Polperro with its small beach, cafes, and restaurants.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV, DVD player, 2 ring ceramic electric hob, electric oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer.
Bedroom: Double bed (4'6''), wardrobe, bedside units, chest of drawers.
Shower Room: Electric shower, basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: No outdoor space but a very short walk to the beach. There is no private parking with the property but unloading can be done close by. Plenty of parking available in the Millpool Car Park 10 mins walk away. Please see Looe Parking for up to date charges.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets: 1 dog allowed at £25 per week. Information about bringing your pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; Electric heating throughout, underfloor heating in shower room.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels and cot bedding).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided.
