Situated in the exclusive Hannafore area of West Looe, the property is quietly situated yet within quick and fairly easy walking distance of all of the amenities in Looe. From the living room are wonderful sea views and in the bedroom there are spectacular uninterrupted sea and coastline views reaching as far as Rame Head. There is a parking space for large vehicles set on the Hannafore Road, from here via a gate there is a walk down 12 steps to the front door of the property. Avalon is cosy and compact and provides all a couple would need for comfortable stay providing a lovely standard of accommodation and furnishings. Once through the door you are inside the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, through to the modern shower room and onto the double bedroom with those amazing sea and coastal views. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture to soak up the sun and take in the views. (Changing to a Saturday changeover for 2017)

GARDEN & PARKING: 1 designated parking space. Please state vehicle type when booking so we can ensure you have a larger space if required. Additional free parking along Hannafore seafront around 4 minutes walk away. Patio area with garden furniture, with amazing views.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; Electric heating throughout, electric heated towel rail.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided; please order in advance
