Description
Tastefully refurbished to a high standard, this converted barn boasts a wealth of character with its beams and exposed walls. Located in a beautiful countryside setting, quiet and tranquil for the ideal relaxing holiday. Several other similar barn conversions are located in a courtyard setting along with swallow. Situated in St. Pinnock, this property lies 15 minutes drive from the town of Looe with its shops, restaurants and beaches and the fishing village of Polperro. Sleeps 4. Swallow boasts 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, plus kitchen/diner, lounge and bathroom. Plenty of on site parking and gardens surround. The internal layout is mainly on one level with the exception of a step here and there. In my opinion Swallow is recommended for people with mobility restrictions. Speak to the office prior to booking.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6'').
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), chest of drawers.

GARDEN & PARKING: Ample parking onsite. Large communal gardens with swings (use at your own risk).
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; Electric heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Cot and highchair; please order in advance.
