Downderry village has a pub right on the shore, a restaurant, cafe and village store with post office just a short walk away. The local sheltered beach, with its rock pools at low tide, is also a 5 minute walk and is ideal for families. Heading west 5 miles along the coast is the popular fishing village of Looe with its sandy beach, pubs, cafes and shops and to the east is the coastal road to Rame Head with spectacular views overlooking Whitsand Bay, a 5 mile long stretch of sand and rocks.
Tricklebrook is a split-level designed property, set across three floors, with the open-plan living space on the top floor to make the most of the views from the balcony down to the sea. With dual-aspect windows this room has lots of natural light and provides a comfortable, sociable environment. Entering the property on the middle level you will find a double room with king-sized bed and a Juliet balcony, a single room with cot and a shower room with a shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Heading downstairs to the lower level is the spacious master bedroom with king-sized bed, en suite internal shower room and double doors leading out to the garden. A twin bedroom is also located on this level along with the main family bathroom with bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail. A very useful utility room is also to be found on this floor with washing machine, heated drying rack, fridge/freezer and additional kitchen items.
The third floor level consists of the bright open-plan living space with double glass doors opening out onto a small balcony. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with plenty of preparation area, dining table and chairs and comfy corner sofa completes this area.
