Totally renovated and refurbished in 2007 to a very high standard, this villa offers light and airy stylish accommodation with its pitched open beamed ceilings throughout, tiled flooring to the living area and modern kitchen and contemporary feel. Location The villa is found "off the beaten" amidst the roaming Cornish countryside, yet within a 5 minute drive from the local amenities in the nearby village of Pelynt and a further 10 minute drive from the fishing town of Looe where many pubs, shops, restaurants, beach and bustling harbour will be found. A 15 minute drive the other way will get you to the quaint and characterful fishing village of Polperro where you can visit gift shops, a traditional fishing harbour and yet more acclaimed pubs and restaurants. The accommodation offers an excellent standard of accommodation (in my opinion), coupled with a fantastic base to try many natural footpath walks, try some local horse riding or even just to explore our nearby coastline and heritage. The Eden Project lies a 20 minute drive away, whilst the city of Plymouth 45 minutes drive away, and our Cornish city of Truro just an hour drive away. Not to mention, many places of historical beauty, along with our National Trust sites, theme parks, famous gardens and animal wildlife parks all within close proximity. Nearest Pub/Restaurant The Dagger Inn and Jubilee Inn a 5 minute drive away in Pelynt. The Plough Inn a 5 minute drive to Duloe. The Punch Bowl Inn a 5 minute drive to Lanreath. A 15 minute drive will get you to the heart of the fishing town of Looe and fishing village of Polperro where there are too many pubs and restaurants to mention.
