| Location | The villa is found "off the beaten track" amidst the roaming Cornish countryside, yet within a 5 minute drive from the local amenities in the nearby village of Pelynt and a further 10 minute drive from the fishing town of Looe where many pubs, shops restaurants, beach and harbour will be found. A 15 minute drive the other way will get you to the quaint and characterful fishing village of Polperro where you can visit gift shops, a traditional fishing harbour and yet more acclaimed pubs and restaurants. 1 Villa offers an excellent standard of accommodation (in my opinion) coupled with fantastic quiet base to try many natural footpath walks, try some local horse riding or even just to explore our nearby coastline and heritage. The Eden Project lies a 20 minute drive away, whilst the city of Plymouth 45 minutes drive away, and Cornish city of Truro just an hour. Not to mention, many places of historical interest along with our National Trust sites, theme parks, famous gardens, animal parks all within close proximity.
