This detached house is spacious, elevated and boasts downstairs: large lounge, separate snug lounge, large dining room, double bedroom ensuite, family bathroom, kitchen, and upstairs a further 2 double bedrooms all ensuite, plus a twin bedded room ensuite. Pixie's Holt is in an enviably elevated position, in a popular area called Shutta. All the rooms are light and airy and many afford wonderful views down over to the estuary. There is a large decking area to the front of the property where the river views can be admired and there is parking for 2 cars to the front of the property. Tastefully presented and quietly located, this property is a must to be considered as it lies about a 10 minute walk from East Looe where many pubs, shops, restaurants and amenities are on offer, not to mention East Looe's sandy beach and fishing harbour. Sleeps 8. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. This property in my opinion is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions as there are a number of steps leading up to the property, phone the office for more details.
