This 1st floor apartment is in an ideal quiet location in West Looe and provides spacious accommodation for any family wishing to take advantage of the nearby beach, shops and restaurants or couples simply "wishing to get away from it all". The accommodation has been refurbished, affording a new bathroom (2006)and all the rooms are light and airy. A 3 minute walk will get you to the West Looe Harbour where you can watch the fishermen sort their catch of the day or you can take a boat taxi across to East Looe where many pubs, shops, restaurants and East Looe Beach will be found. In West Looe itself you have pubs, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores within a very quick walk. You can book a fishing trip, coastal cruise or glass bottom boat trip from the harbour to enjoy the coastal scenery or if you want to explore further afield you are 1/2 drive from many places of interest, including the famous Eden Project or for those who enjoy shopping the city of Plymouth. A must to be considered in my opinion, affording splendid accommodation in an ideal location. This property affords a large kitchen, large lounge/diner, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with room for a camp bed in either this room or the lounge, and spacious bathroom. Outside you have a patio area with table and chairs and small balcony area where you can take in the breathtaking views of Looe and out to sea! Parking for 2 cars on site. Sleeps 5. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. IN MY OPINION THIS PROPERTY IS UNSUITABLE PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS AS THERE ARE APPROX. 12 WIDE WOODEN STEPS LEADING UP TO THE PROPERTY AND IT LIES HALF WAY UP WEST LOOE HILL.
