This cottage is spacious and boasts large lounge, kitchen with all usual extras, separate dining area, utility area, shower room, family sized bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (1 with 5 ft bed) and a twin bedded room. Outside there are 2 separate patio areas apart from the verandah. The verandah is accessed by both the downstairs bedroom and lounge. Parking on site for 2 cars up a steep drive. Cel Mawr is in an elevated and enviable position in a popular area called Shutta, its clean, light and airy rooms are beautifully presented with tasteful furnishings. Shutta is a quiet area, yet within quick walking distance to all the pubs, shops, restaurants and East Looe's sandy beach. This charming and beautifully presented property is a must to be considered for those wishing to be ideally located to all of Looe's amenities, but yet wishing to have peace and quiet back at your wonderful base! Sleeps 6. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. In my opinion not suitable for people with mobility restriction as Cel Mawr is located up a hill. please phone the office regarding this.

| Location | Shutta is a quiet area within East Looe, and Shutta Road runs up to where you will find Cel Mawr located on the way up with an elevated position affording stunning river views. Within a few minutes walk you will find yourself in the heart of East Looe where you can take advantage of the pubs, shops, restaurants, sandy beach, and harbourside fishing and coastal cruises. |
