There are front and rear gardens and bar-b-cue area to the rear where you can sit out and enjoy the views and tranquility of this wonderful location. A 8/10 minute walk will see you in the centre of East Looe where all the pubs, shops, restaurants and East Looe's sandy beach will be found. In my opinion unsuitable to people with mobility restrictions as there are a number of steps leading to the propery.
