Ten Steps is a Grade 11 listed, refurbished (2007) cottage lying in the tranquil, traffic free sought after "The Warren" part of Polperro. This cottage retains quaint character with its low beamed ceilings, and is laid out on 3 levels and provides light, airy and comfortable accommodation coupled with superb harbour and coastline views. There are 2 front doors, one leading via some steps (hence the name Ten Steps!), the other on ground floor level. If you enter at ground floor level you will find a kitchen/diner with harbour views and shower room, 1st floor provides a lounge, again with those stunning views, and 2nd floor you will find a double bedroom with amazing sea views and a single room with trundle bed for a 4th guest. From the single room there is access to the rear cottage style garden boasting a small sun terrace with bench and Summer house where you can take in those fabulous sea and harbour scenes. There is also a bar-b-cue area. Sleeps 4. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER. There are some steps leading up to the rear garden and Summer House, this area is not recommended for people with mobility restrictions.
