Location Seaton Beach House stands prominently at the end of a select development of beach fronting executive style homes and has a fantastic enviable position as its less than a minute walk from Seaton Beach, just opposite a new style play park, and within seconds of a nature reserve and cycle trail where you can take a woodland walk or cycle a few miles along some breathtaking natural scenery to a hamlet called Hessenford where you will be greeted by the popular Copley Arms Public House where you can buy a snack or restaurant meal. There are also basketball courts just along from the playpark for anyone to play. The neighbouring Downderry Beach is less than a 2 minute drive and again this offers a wonderful beach, overlooked by another popular pub/restaurant known as "The Inn on The Shore" where you can have lunch on a large outside balcony overlooking Downderry Beach or an evening meal in the restaurant.. A few miles along the coast you will come to Portwrinkle Beach, again another sheltered cove offering spectacular coastal scenery and indeed some wonderful coastal walks. Seaton Beach House is surrounded by miles and miles of coastline and offers an idyllic beach based holiday, where one can explore many places of interest easily from the doorstep. For the avid shopper the ciy of Plymouth is approximately 30 mins drive, and the Cornish city of Truro approximately 1 hour 15 mins drive away. The acclaimed Eden Project is approx 40 mins drive away. The fishing town of Looe is approx 15 mins drive from Seaton and here you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, tea rooms and gift shops, as well as a working fishing harbour. The neighbouring fishing village of Polperro is a further 5 minute drive from Looe. It's here you will experience a truly unspoilt, quaint fishing harbour. again with many gift shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants.
Nearest Pub/Restaurant The Smugglers Pub less than a minute from the property. This pub is a family orientated pub and is not known to be noisey and offers very good food. The beach cafe within a 2 minute walk offers some good value snacks. The Inn on the Shore at Downderry a 2 minute drive from The Beach House, offering stunning surroundings overlooking Downderry Beach and serving very good value food (in our opinion). A 6 minute drive from The Finnygook Inn at Crofthole, again offering a restaurant and bar snacks. A 15 minute drive will see you at Looe were there is an abundance of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The Copley Arms (at the end of the cycle path) is a 5 minute drive away and offers restaurant food and bar snacks.
