This charming three bedroom Cornish cottage is tucked away in the heart of East Looe. This refurbished and completely redecorated (April 2013) three storey accommodation is a stone's throw away from the busy harbour where you can watch the fishermen sort their catch,the golden sandy beach and an array of award winning restaurants and lively bars. The Trust House having undergone new ownership (April 2013) has been completely redecorated with much refurbishment - and has had much consideration into providing well presented and very comfortable accommodation - giving all the home from home comforts expected. The owners' daughter is a professional artist and you will find some very tasteful artistry throughout the cottage. The accommodation is laid out: Cosy characterful lounge equipped with 4 seater and 2 seater brown leather quality sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, mordernised fully fitted kitchen/diner to seat six, with washer drier. 2 double bedrooms (1 with four poster bed), 1 twin bedroom, family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in double shower. Useful separate w.c. next door to the bathroom. The cottage, in our opinion, is well presented offering an excellent standard of comfortable accommodation where much thought has been input to create an ideal base yet still retaining the old Cornish cottage feel. SLEEPS 6. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES.

Property Type Cottage
Location The Trusthouse is tucked away in the heart of East Looe and lies a stones throw from all of the main pubs, restaurants, shops and East Looe's sandy beach and harbour. Quietly tucked away on what we describe as the "back streets" in the old part of Looe, this cottage is a few seconds walk from all the amenities. On the harbour you will find a selection of trips such as : glass bottom boat, coastal cruise, speed boat rides and fishing trips where you can catch your own supper! Across the water on the west side is Hannafore, where there is another lovely beach - this time with sandy pockets but predominantly with rock pools, views across to the spectacular St. Georgee's Island and the start to a fabulous coastal walk. Polperro, a smaller fishing village lies a 5 min drive away, and this is well worth a visit with its wonderful working fishing harbour, pubs and well acclaimed restaurants as well as gift/art shops. Looe lies 35 mins drive from the city of Plymouth, an hour and 15 mins from cornish city Truro, 25 mins drive from Bodmin Moor and 40 mins drive from the famous Eden Project. From Looe, driving in either direction - you will have mile upon mile of coastline to visit, each bay and cove magnificently different, each beach unique, whatever you choose to do, there is always a beautiful scene not far from your cottage in Looe.
Nearest Pub/Restaurant The Trusthouse is tucked away in the heart of East Looe less than a minute walk to all of the pubs and restaurants on offer. A 5/6 minute walk or 2 minute boat taxi (tide permitting) will see you on the west side where there are more pubs and eateries to visit.

Parking Although there is no parking with the cottage, you can load/unload within a minute walk of the property. There are 3 options for parking: Within a few minutes walk you can park on the quay opposite the shops which is around £12.00 for 24 hours. A few more minutes walk will see you at the Mill Pool car park where a weekly permit will cost £29.00. A 25 min walk from the cottage will see you at Hannafore on the west side where the parking is free along the seafront. Speak to the office for more details.
Outside Although there is no outside area, you are a stone's throw from the beach, harbour and shops.
