Thanckes House is a modern house in a spectacular location, overlooking the sea at Portwrinkle. The magnificent sea views, its own indoor heated swimming pool and easy access to the golf course and the beach make this a first choice for an extended family or large party of friends. Built to take full advantage of its unique location, most of the rooms have panoramic sea views and some have either a balcony or patio doors opening onto the extensive paved patio. The Sail Loft is a 3rd floor 2 bedroom contemporary and stylish apartment ideally located just off the main thoroughfare and set slightly back from the harbour in East Looe. It has a convenient "tucked away" position yet less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment is located at the top (within the roof eaves) of what was many years ago the "The Old Sail Loft", as the name so aptly suggests. Steeped in true Cornish history, this little gem is blessed with owners who have truly restored the apartment sympathetically and with much thought, therefore the space has been used excellently to provide ample living space with its very spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area, (king size sofa bed for extra guests within the lounge), breakfast bar, utility area, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and bathroom. There are some lovely harbour views from the lounge and main bedroom. The tasteful and modern furnishings enhance the minimal theme throughout, providing immaculate and comfortable surroundings. There is an allocated parking space in a communal garage area directly outside the apartment, accessed via a remote system.
