Alvaston is an immaculately presented (in my opinion) semi detached 3 storey 2 bedroom house newly built (2007) providing wonderful spacious, light and airy accommodation with magnificent river and estuary views. This property, although having 2 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people with its ground floor double ensuite bedroom with views, plus a large family bedroom on the 3rd floor with its double and 2 single beds within, again with more wonderful river views. The living area (on the 2nd floor) again is spacious with large lounge/diner overlooking the river along with newly fitted kitchen (2008) and utility room providing modern design and all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. There is also a parking space for one car very close to the property. Alvaston has newly fitted decking (2008) at the side of the property to provide a wonderfully quiet patio area where one can sit out and admire the wonderful estuary views. SLEEPS 4/6. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER. In my opinion unsuitable for the elderly/disabled as there are a number of wide steps leading to the property, phone the office for more details.

A beautifully presented 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment in an enviable location with its lovely harbour views and quick and easy access into East Looe where all the pubs, shops, restaurants and East Looe's sandy beach are to be found. This spacious accommodation has been tastefully furnished and provides light and airy rooms, especially as all the bedrooms benefit from velux windows and all the living areas have large windows where plenty of light and fresh air are welcomed, ensuring a wonderful feel. An added bonus is that there is provision for parking 2 cars (1 private car parking space at the property and 1 very closeby). All the living areas overlook the river where you can watch the boats go by, creating a wonderful ambience to your stay. This accommodation boasts kitchen, dining room, large lounge, downstairs shower room, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedded room (there is a sofabed in the lounge for extra guests). This apartment has its own access, however there are 14 carpeted steps to the accommodation so in my opinion not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. Sleeps 6/8.
