Apartment Clive - what can we say, this is a truly magnificent first floor self catering apartment having been built into the huge loft space of the owners bungalow (underneath). Fabulous location in a very sought after quiet residential area where all the properties have been individually designed and all have one thing in common - wonderful and breathtaking sea views! Apartment Clive is no exception. After walking through your own separate doorway, there are 12 carpeted shairs up to your accommodation, which is laid out on one level and boasts: wonderful open plan living area with its open plan kitchen and dining area in this very spacious lounge, with french doors leading out onto a good size balcony overlooking the sea and St. George's Island. Compass cottage is a typical and traditional ex Fishermen's Cornish Cottage. It has been sympathetically restored with much care and refurbished to a very good standard, yet retaining much character including beamed ceiling to the lounge and dining room. It is located in the sought after and quieter area of West Looe, but at the same time very convenient for all the pubs, shops beach and amenities. Compass Cottage boasts relaxing and comfortable lounge, separate dining room, galley style kitchen, double bedroom, bunk bedroom and upstairs family bathroom. Outside there is a patio accessed via communal steps affording views down over to West Looe with distant sea views. There is parking for one car by way of a pre-paid permit to a car park 1 minute walk way. West Looe Quay is approximately 5 minutes walk away, where you can try crabbing or watch the fishermen sort their catch. A boat taxi (tide permitting) can take you across to East Looe Quay, where you can book a coastal cruise, lie on our long sandy beach, take a glass bottom boat trip, fishing trip or for those feeling more adventurous there's always a speed boat ride! Ten Steps is a Grade 11 listed, refurbished (2007) cottage lying in the tranquil, traffic free sought after "The Warren" part of Polperro. This cottage retains quaint character with its low beamed ceilings, and is laid out on 3 levels and provides light, airy and comfortable accommodation coupled with superb harbour and coastline views. There are 2 front doors, one leading via some steps (hence the name Ten Steps!), the other on ground floor level. If you enter at ground floor level you will find a kitchen/diner with harbour views and shower room, 1st floor provides a lounge, again with those stunning views, and 2nd floor you will find a double bedroom with amazing sea views and a single room with trundle bed for a 4th guest. From the single room there is access to the rear cottage style garden boasting a small sun terrace with bench and Summer house where you can take in those fabulous sea and harbour scenes. West North Cottage is a 200 year old mid terraced ex fisherman's cottage and steeped in history (believed to have been an old sail loft many years ago) and although recently completely renovated and refurbished (2010), it hoards a wealth of character with its curvy thick white washed walls, original Delabole slate flooring, exposed beams and stonework. The owner has put great thought into the cottage, when considering guests' needs and comfort and this with its minimalistic theme and tasteful touches are apparent throughout. The cottage is laid out as downstairs -open plan living area with its lounge/diner slightly separated by some detailed wooden beams segregating the kitchen area off and wet style downstairs shower room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single room and a guest bed available for an extra guest if required. Upstairs separate w.c. and access to the rear small patio area. The front of the cottage is accessed via a pretty shared courtyard providing access to a few other similar cottages, housing some pretty pot plants and a bench for guests to sit out on a sunny evening.
