HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
Please telephone or e-mail to confirm availability. To make a firm booking, print off booking form and phone the office to provide your credit or debit card details for the deposit (or full amount if less than 6 weeks from your arrival date). Alternatively, there is online booking which will secure your dates, pending the office contacting you for payment details. You can pay your deposit by credit or debit card.
WHEN IS THE BALANCE PAYABLE?
The balance is due six weeks prior to the start of your holiday, unless your arrival date falls before six weeks, in which case your full payment is required. You can pay by debit or credit card.
DO YOU SEND RECEIPTS?
Upon receipt of your deposit/full payment, a confirmation will be issued by email or post.
WILL I HAVE TO BRING GROCERIES?
You will need to provide you own groceries, however Tesco on line deliver to the whole of the area and on request we can issue you with the postcode of your property to help you place your order, ensuring you have groceries delivered with ease to your home.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY & GAS?
Electricity and gas are supplied unless otherwise stated in the property details.
ARE LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED?
All properties will supply bed linen. Towels are supplied in many, however, this will be stated in the property details on the website.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Looe & Polperro Holidays welcome children unless otherwise stated. Some properties will be considered more suitable than others. For individual properties, phone for details.
DO YOU PROVIDE BABY EQUIPMENT LIKE COTS, HIGHCHAIRS ETC?
Some properties do provide baby equipment, some do not. Please refer to individual property details or phone for more details. Travel cots and high chairs can be hired at an additional cost, please order prior to your arrival.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Some of our property owners welcome pets, however some do not. For individual properties, please refer to our website or telephone for details. There is an additional charge to bring a pet, see individual property details for the cost.
IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?
Some of our properties have allocated spaces or parking adjoining the property. However, for those that do not, there are ample car parking spaces available in both Looe and Polperro, all within reach of the properties. Please contact the office for more details on this. Parking in the public car parks are done so at the guests risk and Looe and Polperro Holidays will not be liable for any damage/accidents.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?
Most essentials are provided, including iron, ironing board etc. If you have any specific requirements please telephone for more details.
IS CLEANING PROVIDED?
The property will be cleaned fully for your arrival, please leave it in the clean and tidy state you found it in.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS?
Yes we do. We cater for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons etc. We can provide cakes, flowers, Champagne and any special touches you require at an additional cost. Please telephone for more details. Cornish Cream Teas can be provided.
