This Spacious first floor split level apartment is tucked away in the heart of East Looe where you are a stone's throw from East Looe's sandy beach, the fishing harbour and within easy reach of all the pubs, restaurants and shops. Allsorts is a 2 storey ideal apartment for families and couples wishing to be in a quiet tucked away part of East Looe, yet still being in the centre, and wishing to take advantage of having all of the amenities "on your doorstep". The property benefits from a double bedroom, a twin room and a small single room which can be used as a dressing room (4 guests staying), or there is a
pull out single guest bed provided in the single room for a 5th guest, all on the first floor. On the second floor there is a large open plan kitchen/diner to seat 6, comfortable lounge with t.v./dvd and mini hi-fi, and a spacious bathroom with bath, walk in shower, wash hand basin and w.c. You can take a short stroll down to the harbour and watch the fishermen sort their daily catch, or even try some crabbing or fishing yourself. Glass bottom boats are available to take a coastal cruise, or maybe a trip to the nearby Looe island. Alvaston is a semi detached 3 storey 2 bedroom house newly built (2007) providing wonderful spacious, light and airy accommodation with magnificent river and estuary views. This property, although having 2 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people with its ground floor double ensuite bedroom with views, plus a large family bedroom on the 3rd floor with its double and 2 single beds within, again with more wonderful river views. The living area (on the 2nd floor) again is spacious with large lounge/diner overlooking the river along with newly fitted kitchen (2008) and utility room providing modern design and all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. There is also a parking space for one car at the bottom of the steps to the front of the property. Alvaston is currently undergoing the last finishing touches amongst which is newly fitted decking being added to the side of the property to provide a wonderfully quiet patio area where one can sit out and admire the wonderful estuary views. SLEEPS 4/6. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER. In my opinion unsuitable for the elderly/disabled as there are approximately 50 wide steps leading to the property. It has been sympathetically restored with much charm and refurbished to a very high standard. It's located in a quiet area but at the same time very close to all the pubs, shops and amenities. Outside of the property there is a small seating area where one can relax and take in the tranquility. West Looe Quay is less than a minutes walk away, where you can try crabbing, book a coastal cruise, glass bottom boat trip, fishing trip or for those feeling a little more adventurous there's always a speed boat ride!
