Both rooms have panoramic beach and coastline views. Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom with king sized bed and its own door onto the apartment's 30' balcony and panoramic sea and coastline views. Balcony furniture is provided so you can enjoy your meals or a relaxing coffee on the balcony. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and there is seating for 7 adults at the fixed dining table between the kitchen and lounge. There is a family bathroom and next to it a separate shower room. Outside you have access to the building's communal garden, which is part lawn, part paved. The garden gate opens onto a footpath which leads directly down to the beach. There is allocated parking for one vehicle by the main door, which is at the rear of the building. There is a carpeted staircase with around 40 shallow stairs in total, leading from the main door to the apartment door. In my opinion these stairs are not exhausting as they are split between 2 level landings between the sets of stairs. Seen from the garden, the apartment is on the ground and first floors, in the middle of the block. Downstairs Sun Cottage boasts a large kitchen/diner, a good sized comfortable lounge with beamed ceilings, and downstairs family bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, and another bedroom offering twin beds. On the 2nd floor there is another large double bedroom.
